Objective

40 years of Técnica de Fluidos. The main goal was to commemorate 40 years of the company inviting all the agents of all the headquarters offices that they have around the world to the central headquarter located in Hospitalet de Llobregat, to show everyone the new offices.

The objective also was to create a pleasant environment to make all the guests feel comfortable and create a relaxed interrelation between all of them.





Creative concept

As a creative concept we took the idea to dress up all the space, especially the outdoor of the building, where normally it is a park car, we turned it in a welcoming chillout using the corporative colors in all the details of the space.



Challenge

The big challenge was to create a ludic and festive ambience in the same work place and generate links between the different workers from around the world. To turn the offices in a comfortable space to let the assistants feel free and create a relaxed conversations between them.



Result

As a final result of the event the company reached the desired ambience between the employees of the company, those who normally work together  but from different parts of around the world..
